  All the staff are lovely and made me feel comfortable straight away, such a great atmosphere with professional bubbly staff, I walked out feeling like a whole new person and so refreshed I absolutely love my hair!!

  Unfriendly staff. Made an appointnent. When we got there were told that the appointment had to be cut short as she didnt have enough time so tried to sell us something we didnt want at such an unreasonable price!!. The guy there was so rude talking about us like we wern't even there. Shame on you! So unprofessional that we walked out. Sorry that we wasted our time. How dissapointing!!

  My hair was ruined by this salon they melted my hair with a full head of foils I lost at lest 50% of my hair. I had to have weekly treatments for months and had to go back to being dark my hair is still so badly damaged I will not be able to lighten my hair for years to come. The staff did try their best to accommodate me after the mishap reception was wonderful but unfortunately the owner was rude unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable and I feel didn’t do enough considering the stress this has inflicted on my self confidence and not being to do anything with my hair but wear in a low ponytail and a hat most of the time. If the owner was friendly apologied not give me dirty looks then I’d probably just tell my friends not to go there not write a review but she was unbearable and months later still trying to save my hair at my own expense...

  Have been blonde for 6 months or so now and went to Insignia today to get my roots done and left with purple roots and fried hair.

  I have used Insignia many times for hair and i have also had my spray tans done there numerous times over the last 4-5 years. All the girls are lovely and I have never had one issue ever. I have had both Amanda W and Amanda B do my hair. Thoroughly recommend their services
