  I am a high school student and I want to pursue my career as a cricketer but my physique was very lean and weak with zero muscle strength. One of my senior referred me to South Penrith Physiotherapy and within a month I saw a visible change in my muscles and physique. The weekly sports massage South Penrith along with other advance Pilates exercises toned up my body, posture and build. I will definitely recommend South Penrith Physiotherapy to all my friends who are suffering from similar problems like me.

  My 2 boys have been seeing Chris at Southlands Physio for a few months now and his professional manner together with his positive attitude and experience with kids on the spectrum always have my boys engaged in their session and the results show. Highly recommend this clinic.

  After I hurt my leg, doctor kept me out of the game for just three months but getting back was tougher than ever. That’s when I opted for the Orchard Hills physiotherapy. It really helped me ease my pain and get back to the game. The experts actually coaxed my muscles into getting back. The stress was induced gradually and I have never felt this fit ever before.   A few days back, my son during his sports match sprained his back and muscles and was in great pain for few days. He was advised bed rest for months which was not acceptable for him. Our doctor suggested us to visit South Penrith Physio and that’s where he sought the perfect and quick sports physio. He is fine now and can play well. Thanks to the physiotherapists.
